Our next processing will be at the end of fall grazing season, Late September for October delivery. Reserve Fall 2026 Beef!
Fall is the best time if you are considering a grass finish steer, as they get the full benefit of our lush summer grazing right up until the processing date. As usual, we will grain finish the majority of the steers unless a deposit is received prior to the finishing start, 100 days prior.
